Job Description:

As a reservations & receptionist, you are the heart of our hotel, the first face and the first voice that our guests experience. You bear a significant responsibility for the first and last impression of our house.

Your tasks:

  • Work with the Fidelio Suite 8 reservation system
  • Carrying out the check-in and check-out of our guests
  • First point of contact for our guests’ concerns
  • Creation of individual offers
  • Telephone sales and taking reservations
