As Operations Manager Food & Beverage, you are at the center of our operational business. You will manage the day-to-day operations and ensure that our high standards of service quality and guest satisfaction are exceeded in all F&B areas. Your profile:
Ideally, you have experience in an assistant or managerial position, have excellent organizational skills, are strong communicators and have an affinity for the hotel industry.

Completed vocational training as a restaurant specialist, hotel specialist or hotel clerk.

Further training as a hotel business economist or comparable qualification.

Professional experience in a managerial position, e.g. as an assistant to the management, F&B manager or in a similar position in comparable companies.

Perfect command of the German language, both spoken and written.

Team orientation, flexibility and the desire for professional development.
Desirable, but not mandatory, additional qualifications:

Knowledge of Fidelio.

Multilingualism (2-3 foreign languages).
