In this responsible position, you will manage the entire Food & Beverage department of our company. Your tasks include:

The management of our Want t B restaurant with 200 seats, open kitchen and a terrace by the lake.

The management of the B-Fine Restaurant, our fine dining restaurant that serves exclusive 6-course menus.

The management of the Glow Bar, the hotel bar with a lively outdoor area.

The coordination of the wellness bistros 1+2, which offer exclusive self-service for our hotel guests.

Your daily routine includes writing rosters, making personnel decisions, developing concepts to optimize work processes and supervising all F&B departments.

Your profile:

Completed training in the catering or hotel industry.

Enthusiasm for gastronomy and service.

Fluent German and English skills.

Strong willingness to learn, commitment, ability to work in a team and flexibility.

Knowledge of Fidelio and multilingual skills are an advantage, but not a requirement.
