Book a prevention week – certified & reimbursable
Our prevention offers are in accordance with §20 SGB V certified and are subsidized by many statutory health insurance companies. If you attend a full week of the course, you will receive a Certificate for your health insurance companywhich we will conveniently send to you by post after your departure.

Nature mindfulness tour every second Thursday – 60 minutes, April to September

Eye School – Tips and simple, everyday exercises for healthy and vibrant vision – 60 minutes, October to December
Learn how holistic relaxation and revitalization of eyesight is possible.

Experience the feeling of relaxed eyes.

Eutony – 30 minutes (well-being)
Experience 30 minutes of holistic bodywork. This will increase your body awareness and mindfulness, and reduce tension. Your muscles will relax, and balance between body and mind will be restored.

Mindfulness walk on Tuesday – 60 minutes
In this session, we will take time to experience the healing effects of the forest on our body and mind. Combined with effective exercises, we will take time to enjoy nature with all our senses.
The course should be booked in advance. Please wear appropriate footwear and weather-appropriate clothing.

Mindfully experience your own body through gentle movements and soft rocking.

Qi Gong on Mondays – 45 minutes for body & mind
Qi Gong is a movement therapy for moving and harmonizing the flow of Qi. Specific exercises aim to counteract illness. Body, breath, and mental imagery are connected, thus promoting well-being, inner balance, and health.
Gentle movements and conscious breathing make this course a soothing, calm start to the week.
Every Monday, except on public holidays.

This class is a harmonious blend of yoga and Pilates, combining flowing movements with targeted strengthening exercises. Breath and movement are consciously synchronized.
