These exercise units promote your fitness, improve your mobility and contribute to sustainable health promotion at.


Book a prevention week – certified & reimbursable

Our prevention offers are in accordance with §20 SGB V certified and are subsidized by many statutory health insurance companies. If you attend a full week of the course, you will receive a Certificate for your health insurance companywhich we will conveniently send to you by post after your departure.
