Salt, when combined with heat, creates negative ions.

Negative ions have an inhibitory effect on viruses and bacteria, they increase the body's ability to defend themselves and strengthen the immune system. The Himalayan medicinal salt sauna therefore acts like a regenerating fountain of youth on the whole organism and can increase people's lifespan.

Only negatively ionized oxygen is living oxygen, which supplies the body with the necessary electricity, i.e. with negative ions, through inhalation within the sauna via the lungs and into all cells.

The sauna has a temperature of 50 degrees Celsius. This sauna was specially designed for us and the walls were built entirely with salt stones from the Himalayas.

If the thyroid gland is not functioning properly or if you have high blood pressure, you should avoid the salt sauna. Otherwise please 3 courses of 20 minutes each with a break of 30 minutes each.
