Chinese herbal sauna (60C °) (No. 9)

This sauna was specially designed just for us. It has a temperature of 60 degrees. The infusion can cause the air temperature to rise at times. At this temperature the herbs can develop their full effect and harmonize the flow of energy in the body. The muscles are relaxed. There is no excessive stress on the cardiovascular system. People with acute cardiovascular problems and other acute health disorders should definitely consult a doctor before visiting the sauna.
