We are looking for a motivated Guest Relation Manager for our 4-star superior resort hotel.
You are in constant communication with the guest and not only take care of the smooth process of check-in and check-out, but are also responsible as a manager in all matters to meet the needs and wishes of our guests. A team of approx. 8 front office employees is available for this. You will work closely with the Food & Beverage Sales and the hotel management team. In this responsible position, you have a special role as a contact person and host.
Experiences
Ideally, you will bring experience from similar positions with you.
You have either completed classic hotel training and have already gained experience at reception or have similar experience from comparable positions.
You love dealing with people and you enjoy adapting to the new requirements of a modern hotel business on a daily basis.
