The way to the heart is through the stomach
Our concept is simpel, it is regional and sustainable. The Wine comes from nearby growing areas, water is from Vulkaneifel and eggs are from Hunsrück. We can’t find anything in direct environment, but we will never give up searching for.
It is all a matter of taste and so you will have the agony of choice. Bookings are welcome, when it comes to your favourite place. Regular guests often book them before the arrival.
There are four different restaurant sections for selection:

Cuisine with consequences
What we had in mind … not having à la carte menu. Well, how we mentioned before, we try our best to lead our cuisine regional and sustainable. The consequence is freshness of the available foods. Nevertheless we offer 5 set meal daily with our half-board. From each meal we offer single components à la carte.
Everyday we get supply of fresh food, thereby food offers are fresh made daily. We do our best to keep this working, so we send you each morning a little questionnaire where you can choose for dinner. If you don’t have time, or you are not in the mood to answer, it is okay for us.
When you decide to take this little time you are a big help for regionality and take a big step forward for sustainability.
